To activate the software, you will need your e-mail address and the activation code assigned to our campus licenses. Select the software you'd like to download. Click on "Install software" and follow the prompts to install. Run it and follow the instructions to install the Akamai NetSession installer package, if requested. This will download installer.exe file. Note that there are separate versions of ChemOffice for PC and Macintosh, and an additional option for each if you'd like to integrate it with MestRe Nova. Select the software you'd like to download. For most users, the option with the furthest expiration date is recommended, but it's your choice. Click on the "Download Now" link next to the ChemOffice version you wish to download. 
When you log in, you should see the List Entitlements page. Go to and log in with your new username and password. Click the link in the e-mail to complete your registration. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. Only emails with valid domains have access to our site license. 
For e-mail address, use your valid or email address. If you do not already have an account, fill in the form.Use the same e-mail address and it should migrate everything properly.
